Home to a calligrapher @artsynibs & digital marketer, the space was designed to incorporate a sense of openness throughout.

Entering the home, the rustic exterior of the white walls sits in contrast to an alabaster pink entryway door, while the grey-toned flooring gives a raw, tactile nature.

The striking navy-blue countertop is paired with textured grey wood laminate cabinets. A breakfast and bar ledge between the kitchen and living is met with rust red bar stools.

The living room boasts grounded, calm tones of a grey sofa with a small pop of color in its rose pink coffee table.

An elongated oval window panel connects the creative and living area visually while separating them spatially. The orientation of the tiling arrangement on the green corner patio was chosen to create visual interest.

Retreating to the master bedroom, a wardrobe sits between the sleeping corner and bathroom, ending with a dark sage green bathroom vanity cabinet, accented with a brass rod. This creates a passage of wardrobe space, reflecting the concept of openness.

A cooler and softer palette was carefully chosen to distinguish the separate areas clearly.
